Here are a couple of pictures of our most recent winemaking class. It was held at our store in DeMotte, Indiana
and 20 people attended. We made an Australian Chardonnay from a kit right off the store shelf.
We went through the complete process, including de-gasing, racking and bottling. We ended by putting PVC shrink
capsules on wine bottles.
